BOOKING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Full payment is required to confirm reservations. No cancellations or refunds. Rescheduling is only allowed for weather or power issues, subject to court availability.
ARRIVAL & COURT TIME
Please arrive 10 minutes early and ensure games start and end on time to avoid affecting the next reservations.
ATTIRE & COURT USE
Wear proper sportswear and court shoes; no cleats, spikes, or heels are allowed.
RESPECT & SPORTSMANSHIP
Respect everyone, maintain good sportsmanship, and use the facilities responsibly.
FOOD, DRINKS & ALCOHOL
Food, drinks, and alcohol are allowed only in designated areas; please consume responsibly and keep beverages off the courts.
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated smoking area.
NOISE & COURTESY POLICY
Please keep noise at a respectful level and observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
SAFETY, BELONGINGS & PETS
Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings; pets are allowed only in designated areas and must be controlled and cleaned up after.
CLEANLINESS & PRIVATE EVENTS
Keep the facility clean and dispose of waste properly; private events and group bookings require advance reservation, with organizers responsible for their guests.
